Package Inclusions:

• Day-of venue access from 10:00 am-10:00 pm (12 hrs) for up to 150 guests

• Rehearsal time: 2 hour window the day before the ceremony

• Private access to multiple ceremony and reception spaces

• Indoor bridal suite & grooms suite inside historic Yellow Barn

• Outdoor stage and and music platform

• Indoor bathrooms & mobile units

• Parking attendants (space for 90 cars)

• On-site Venue Manager
  

Additional Options:

• Two Fire Pits with seating: $500 

  • This includes wood and YBF attendant

  • Weather dependent, refunded if fire pits are unavailable 

• Tables, Chairs & White Tablecloths for up to 150 people: $1,250 

  • Includes full YBF setup and clean-up crew

  • Adjusted as needed based on guest count and setup, confirmed during tour

• Audio & visual package (microphones, bluetooth speakers, wifi): $250
